Pristine – item is brand new with tags

EXCELLENT – Item is like new or has never been used. May have original packaging, tags, or labels. No scratches or wear.  Any minor defects would be from manufacturing.

GOOD – Item is showing minor wear consistent with its age. Very light scuffs, or scratches. No structural issues.

FAIR – Item is showing moderate wear and scratches from overall use.  May have some structural issues including minor instability. May have minor parts missing. May have been professionally repaired or refinished.

POOR -Item is showing significant wear, has parts missing, needs refinishing, repair, or has been poorly repaired. Major flaws are evident.
